How to Face your Giants Hope you know that God never told the israelites about the giants in the promised land? When Abraham was called, he wasn't told it would take him 25 years (the giant of delay) before he would get the promise. God sometimes withholds the whole details of the journey to train us to trust him and keep us from being afraid. When you know all the details, you will resort to your own ways to solve your problems and may likely not call on God. Hence the steps and not the leaps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord. God leads us by steps. Every promised land has giants. Giants are simply those things that make us feel inadequate in the promises and plan of God for our lives. They are those obstacles or difficulties we face when we are walking in the will of God. Some forms of opposition that we have to combat in our journey of life.
